Eternal love..

Sleepless nights and days so unpleasant
The gusty past chokes the Present.

Hiding those thoughts in misty a haze
I just smoke to my own disgrace.

Killing the desires I no more crave
I just dig my own grave.

To burn thy memoirs forever
I just lit my funeral pyre.

And yet you arise like a Phoenix from my ashes.

Dont you think you have some rather- tamil responses for a "swoober" english powem?!

So, mys resbwans will be in kood enklish:
I think the title is an oxymoron, there is no eternality in love..other than that.. good poem..my fav line is
"The gusty past chokes the Present."

"Killing the desires I no more crave
I just dig my own grave." I identify with this ...

The last line is so powerful ...
what a way to end such a lovely poem!

Man I love your poems. Very thought out, where do you draw your inspiration from? Are these based on true story? Or are they just made up? Either way, absolutely amazing, I've got your blog bookmarked. I'd love to talk to you personally sometime about your poems, because these are, well, just too good to just say, "Hey good job." You seem like a cool guy is all, lol. Anyways, drop me a message at thorax232@yahoo.com I'd really appreciate it. I would also love to set up an official interview for my blog, as cheesy as it sounds I can promise I'd make something out of it. A friend of mine is a huge poem fanatic, he's in the Gamer Advisory Panel (think tank for Sony) and even though I quit I've still got my old pass. Anyways, I'd appreciate just the opportunity to talk. =D
