Yes, exactly as the title reads thats what I have been eating regularly for the last few weeks. Well pretty soon I am goin to come up with a list of some innovative veggie stuffs I have ordered at restaurents here. As for the moment for the amount of lettuce and leaves I have been eating all I can say is
I am no more a VEGETARIAN.... I am a HERBIVORE.

hers is some veggie stuff that u can prepare on ur own in no time.
1) sandwich mode.
Get some bread (good grainy kinds), taco shells and tortillas. Stuff with salsa/guacamole/chutneys.To make up for protein, they sell GV's refried beans in cans.Also buy some chopped salads(rainbow salad in walmart) , hamburger dill pickle and alfaalfa sprouts.Mix and match.
2)Soup/GV or V8 veggie juice with plain/garlic bread.Add protein by throwing in some garbanzo beans in the soup.
3) Hash browns/Boca soyabean veggie burger in buns or with curd seasoned with chat masala.
4)Keep rice, Have curd rice (seasoned/unseasoned with pickle.
